Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) Chairman Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe says he will go against any proposition to revise the affiliation's constitution to expand as far as possible from two terms to three.
Reports have surfaced as of late that the GFA's Review Committee of trustees has recommended this change to the Leader Chamber, possibly permitting a president to serve for three terms rather than two.
In a meeting with Asempa FM's Definitive Games Show, Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe communicated his interests, making sense of, "My principal justification behind saying this is that Realistic [Sports] got some information about gossip circumventing that the current initiative of the FA means to concoct an idea that will prompt the expansion of the president's term."
"I think the FA has a constitution, and the constitution obviously expresses that the term ought to be two terms, very much like we have in this nation now."
"As far as I might be concerned, we need to go by the constitution, and in the event that it is to shield the constitution, I will do that," he added.
