Bulldog has been going on the rampage against Nana Akuffo Addo lately; in one of his interviews, he even called him "nipa fon."
In a recent interview on Hitz FM, Bulldog revealed that his frequent criticism of the former president stems from the persecution he endured while serving in the previous administration.
"I don't understand why people would have issue with my constant rant and attack on the former President," he said, recalling how NIB agents took him up in 2021 for a comment he made about Nana Akuffo Addo.
"Why people claim that I have been disparaging the prior president is beyond me. That is an opinion, not an insult.
For both of us, my problem is personal. He had no genuine message and his campaign was just begging. I find it difficult to appreciate someone like that since he shows no respect for others. "Anyone who says otherwise must have a different perspective because he doesn't deserve it," he remarked.
Bullgod was also upset with Akufo-Addo for treating the populace with disdain, particularly traditional leaders.
"It is unacceptable to tell a sitting community chief to get up in front of everyone so they can treat you with the respect you believe you deserve." for the chiefs to congregate and see you at the office where you were assigned.
"I don't understand how we are supposed to respect such a person because you went to Akosombo during the flood and said, 'I don't know why I'm here; you didn't vote for me,'" he said.
"If you treat someone a certain way, the same will happen to you," the outspoken entertainment commentator continued.
He continued by expressing his disappointment at the learnt former president's behavior.
